Nia Alpaidze

She graduated from Grigol Robakidze University with a degree in Psychology, obtaining higher education in the field. She continued her professional development at the Georgian National Gestalt Institute, where she mastered the theoretical foundations and practical methods of Gestalt therapy.
Her professional path is rooted in a deep, phenomenological, and relational understanding of human experience. In alignment with the principles of Gestalt therapy, this approach fosters individual awareness, the capacity for choice, and personal integrity.
The professional approach is based on dialogue, Here-and-now Exploration of experience, and in the therapeutic relationship Authentic Creating contact — a process that supports personal self-regulation, expansion of awareness, and connection with internal resources.

Experience:
- Started her professional career at a center for children with hearing and speech disorders, working as a special education teacher. In this role, she gained significant experience in developing individual educational approaches and promoting child development.
- She also worked at a research center, where she was involved in planning and implementing research projects, data analysis, and preparing professional reports.
- As part of her academic activities, she lectured in Social Psychology at the university, which allowed her to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical experience and share it with students.
